Methods of Payment

Students must pay their tuition and fees in full at the time of registration unless an optional payment plan is accepted.  The school accepts cash, checks, and MasterCard and VISA as valid forms of payment.  Students must pay any outstanding balances prior to registering.

Regular School Year Tuition:

Four Year (Pre-College) Certificate Program$2,700
Full Adult/Youth Program$2,700
3 Course Classroom Program only$1,350
Single Classroom Instruction only$540
Individual Private Instruction only$1,620

Payment Plan #1 - 4 payments

* ¼ tuition, $35 registration fee and $10 processing fee at the time of fall registration (cash, check or credit card)
* ¼ tuition and $10 processing fee will be drawn November
* ¼ tuition and $10 processing fee will be drawn automatically from a valid credit card number furnished at the original registration on 1st Friday in January
* ¼ tuition and $10 processing fee will be drawn automatically from a valid credit card number furnished at the original registration on 1st Friday in March
 

Payment Plan #2 - 2 payments

* ½ tuition, $35 registration fee and $10 processing fee at the time of fall registration (cash, check or credit card)
* ½ tuition and $10 processing fee will be drawn automatically from a valid credit card number furnished at the original registration on 1st Friday in November

* TUITION CAN ALSO BE MADE IN 3 PAYMENTS

Regular Fall Registration will continues through the second week of October.  Private lessons can begin at any time throughout the year. EPCoM is experiencing the largest growth in its history!  Join us "Where Music Lives"

The Mission: EPCoM is to improve the quality of musical performance and preparation of youth and adults by offering comprehensive professional musical training to the greater southwest region of West Texas, Southern New Mexico and Northen Mexico.

The History: The El Paso Conservatory of Music and Community Music School, founded in 2004, has expanded its faculty and musical offerings to the residents of El Paso. School Director Prentice Loftin credits the fast growth to its dedication to providing convenient, top quality and comprehensive instruction to its students, as well as its central, and now Westside, easily accessible location.
